化学锚栓抗拔承载力试验中常见问题分析

Analysis of common problems in the test of uplift capacity of chemical anchor bolts

建筑幕墙与主体建筑结构的连接主要是采取预置锚固和后置锚固两种形式,在近几年对现场建筑幕墙后置锚固的化学螺栓进行抗拔承载力试验时发现存在锚固深度不够、胶液不够饱满等问题。文章对现场建筑幕墙使用的化学锚栓拉拔承载力试验中常见的几个问题进行简要分析。

The two ways to connect building curtain wall with main body structure are preset anchorage and rear anchorage. In recent years,some deficiency was found during the test of uplift capacity of chemical bolt with rear anchorage,such as lack of anchor depth and the glue is not full enough. In this paper,a brief analysis of several common problems in the test of the chemical anchor bolts used in the construction curtain wall is presented.
