小型LNG运输船耐撞性能对比分析

摘要 本文利用大型动力有限元软件Abaqus,针对薄膜型和独立C型2种不同舱型的小型LNG运输船开展耐撞性能对比分析,重点关注围护系统和液货罐体的临界失效模式,提出以主次绝缘箱之间的弹簧失效作为判定薄膜型系统失效的准则。通过数值模拟得到船体变形、碰撞力时历曲线和能量转换与吸收等结果,从失效时间、极限撞深、结构吸能3个方面分析得出薄膜型LNG运输船耐撞性能优于独立C型的结论,对开展小型LNG运输船的耐撞性能研究具有重大意义。 In this paper,side structure crashworthness of membrane LNGC and C-type LNGC are compared by the general dynamic finite element package Abaqus. The crash simulation focuses on the critical failure modes of containment system and liquid cargo tank,and proposed a new criterion to judge the failure of containment of the spring failure between primary and secondary insulation boxes.Side structures are simulated to obtain the structure deformation,the collision force and energy dissipation,it is found that the crashworthiness of membrane LNGC is superior to the C-type,which provides great significance of study the small scale LNGC.
