摘要
结合实例探讨了Materials Studio软件在物质结构教学中的应用,介绍了如何利用该软件构建和分析材料的晶体结构、能带结构、态密度和差分电荷密度。结合Materials Studio软件进行物质结构教学。一方面使抽象复杂的理论和概念变得形象、直观、易于理解和接受;另一方面还能丰富课堂教学内容、激发学生的学习兴趣。
Based on an practical example, the application of Materials Studio software in the teaching of material structure is discussed in this paper. In particular, we show how to use Materials Studio software to construct and analyze the crystal structure, band structure, density states, and electronic density difference of material. The application of Materials Studio software in the teaching of material structure can not only make those complex theories and abstract concepts more vivid and visual and therefore can be understood easily and concretely by students but also enrich teaching contents, stimulate student' interests.
