摘要
通过解读美国"21世纪学习框架"中基于核心素养的美国2013版《K-12体育课程标准》,挖掘核心素养的发展源头与研制现状,剖析课程标准中的课程理念、课程目标、分段能力指标与核心素养的评价标准、要点等因素,发现其标准具有围绕课程内容设定技能掌握程度、基于核心素养进行构建、根据所处水平阶段设置学习目标、注重课程内容整合与衔接等特点。美国的核心素养框架体系可作为我国拟定体育核心素养的重要借鉴,有利于形成适合我国的基于体育核心素养多元评价体系,推动我国课程改革工作科学开展,体育课程标准研制工作适应社会发展。
By interpreting the "K-12 sports curriculum standard" of the U.S. 2013 version which based on the core literacy in "twenty-first century learning framework", exploited the development source and status of core literacy, analyzed curriculum idea, curriculum goal, core competence indicators quality evaluation standards and other key points of curriculum standards, and found some characteristics that setting skills standard around the course content, based on the core competence construction, according to the level set learning goals, focusing on curriculum content integration and cohesion. The core literacy framework system could be used as an important reference for our country to develop its sports core literacy. It was conducive to the formation of multi-evaluation system based on the core competence for our country sports, promoted the curriculum reform of our country to carry out the science work, physical education curriculum standards development work in the forefront.
