多维视角下的高校体育教师行为失范归因分析

College PE Teachers' Behavior Anomie Attribution Analysis from Multi-dimensional Perspective

根据"理想类型"理论学说和前人有关教师行为失范的研究成果,运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对高校体育教师失范行为进行分类和特征表述,从社会学、教育学、体育学、心理学、管理学和法律学视角对高校体育教师行为失范的原因进行分析,并尝试提出相应的建议和对策。

By the way of using literature and data, logical analysis methods,according to the ＂Ideal Type＂ theory and the previous research results about behavior anomie of teachers, the classification and characteristics of college PE teachers＇ behavior anomie were summarized. From the perspective of sociology, pedagogy,sport, psychology, management and law for the reason of college PE teachers＇ behavior anomie was analyzed,and tried to put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
