摘要
对煤矸石热活化及在不同条件下影响其活性的因素进行了系统的实验研究,考察了煅烧温度、停留时间、冷却方式等因素对煤矸石活化的影响,并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外(FTIR)、活性硅铝溶出量等分析方法深入地了解煤矸石的活化情况,得出了山西太原静态煅烧煤矸石的最佳活化工艺参数。
The factors affecting activity of thermal activated coal-gangue under different conditions were overall studied.The influences of calcining temperature,retaining time and cooling method on activation were studied.Analysis methods such as X ray diffraction(XRD),infrared(FTIR)and active Si^4+ and Al^3+ dissolution were used to thoroughly understand the activation process.Optimal activation process parameters of static calcining coal-gangue in Taiyuan were obtained.
