摘要
为解决屯兰矿选煤厂煤泥水沉降困难的问题,改善选煤厂闭路循环,进行了絮凝剂种类试验、搅拌强度试验、絮凝剂相对分子质量试验、絮凝剂用量试验。试验结果表明,改性絮凝剂RC-2可使煤泥水沉降速度大大加快。在搅拌强度为400r/min时、RC-2相对分子质量为63 026、用量为15g/L时,煤泥水具有良好的沉降效果。
In order to solve the difficult problem of settlement of coal slime water in coal preparation plant of Tunlan mine,and improve the closed cycle of coal preparation plant,this paper implemented the flocculent test,stirring strength test,the flocculent molecular weight test,and flocculent dosage test.The test results show that the modified flocculent RC-2 can greatly accelerate the sedimentation rate of coal slurry.When the mixing intensity is 400 r/min,the molecular weight of RC-2 is 63 018 and the dosage is 16 g/L,the slime water has a good sedimentation effect.
