甲醇精馏系统的模拟与优化

摘要 随着我国科学技术的整体提高,我国的能源发展结构也随之发生了改变。其中甲醇扮演了重要的角色,开辟了许多新用途,目前,甲醇已经成为化学工业中的重要研究领域之一。随着甲馏产量的增大,人们对甲醇的质量的要求也越来越高,因此我们必须对甲醇进行精馏,提高其纯度,针对甲醇的精馏系统的模拟与优化进行分析。现有的甲醇精馏工艺主要为甲醇双塔和甲醇三塔双效精馏工艺。我们用主流化工好程好拟软件对这两种工艺进行模拟与分析,后得到结果:在满足项目要求标准的情况下,甲醇三塔双效工艺比双塔工艺具有产能更高、产品质量更好、成本更低等特点。 With the overall improvement of China's science and technology,the energy development structure of our country has also been changed.Methanol plays an important role and has many new uses.At present,methanol has become one of the most important research fields in chemical industry.With the increase of the yield of methyl distillation,people's demand for the quality of methanol is higher and higher.Therefore,we must rectify methanol and improve its purity.The simulation and optimization of methanol distillation system are analyzed and optimized.The existing processes of methanol distillation are mainly double-column and three-column dual-purpose rectification process of methanol.The two processes are simulated and analyzed by the mainstream chemical process software.Under the condition of meeting the requirements and standard of the project,the three-column dual-purpose rectification process of methanol has the characteristics of higher productivity,better product quality and lower cost than the two-column process.
