采区回风巷锚杆锚索支护参数和施工工艺应用

Support parameters and construction technology of anchor cable support in return airway of mining area

基于某矿采区回风巷道围岩具体的工程地质情况,探讨了工作面巷道的临时和永久支护方式。对其巷道进行锚杆、锚索支护参数分析并提出支护设计要求。3117回巷断面为:宽5m×高3.2m,掘进长度700m,该巷道沿底板掘进。本巷道施工层位为3#煤层,工作面水平标高为+439m^+479m。采用锚杆+金属网+钢筋托梁+锚索联合支护。详述了采区回风巷工作面锚杆、锚索施工工艺步骤,对于相同条件下的巷道围岩锚杆、锚索支护施工起到了参考作用,取得了良好的技术和经济的效益。

Based on the specific engineering geological conditions of the surrounding rock of the return airway in a certain mining area,the temporary and permanent support methods of roadway support in working face are discussed.The parameters of bolt and anchor support are analyzed and the design requirements are put forward.In 3117 return airway section：width 5 m×height 3.2 m,tunneling length is 700 m,and the roadway is tunneling along the bottom of the tunnel.The construction of the roadway is at the 3# coal seam,the surface level of the standard elevation is ＋439-＋479 meters,using anchor＋ metal mesh＋steel joists＋ anchor cable joint support.And the construction steps of the anchor and anchor cable in the working face of the return airway in the mining area are also discussed.The construction of the anchor bolt and the anchor cable under the same conditions also played a reference role,and achieved good technical and economic benefits.
