摘要
山西某经济开发区主要聚集了以煤化工、机械加工等行业,产生的废水成分复杂、含盐量高、难生物降解。建设规模为7×10~4 t/d时,采用气浮+水解酸化+A/O组合工艺,运行效果良好,出水水质可以达到排放标准。部分出水经超滤+纳滤双膜法软化除盐后,回用为附近电厂等企业锅炉补给水的原水。
The wastewater produced from coal chemical industry,machinery processing and other industries in an economic development zone in Shanxi,has complex compositions,high content of salt,which is difficult to degrade.With the design capacity of the project was 7×10-4 t/d,through comprehensive comparison method,process design using air flotation hydrolytic acidification A/O treatment process,and water quality can meet the discharge standard.After softening desalination by ultrafiltration and nanofiltration double membrane method,some effluent is reused as the raw water of the nearby power plant and other enterprise boilers.
