低位挂线引流加高位挂线切割术对复杂性高位肛瘘病人的治疗作用及对病人术后复发率的影响

Therapeutic effect of low-grade wire drainage and high-level wire-cutting on the treatment of patients with high anal fistula and its effect on postoperative recurrence rate

为探究低位挂线引流加高位挂线切割术对复杂性高位肛瘘病人的治疗作用及对病人术后复发率的影响,采用回顾性分析98例复杂性高位肛瘘病人,根据手术方式分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者采取切开挂线术,观察组患者采取低位挂线引流加高位挂线切割术,由此可看出观察组患者在治疗效果、创面愈合时间及复发率均优于对照组,因此,采取低位挂线引流加高位挂线切割术式进行治疗复杂性高位肛瘘,能有效提高临床疗效,减少术后复发率。

In order to explore the therapeutic effect of low hanging drainage and high hanging wire cutting on patients with complicated high anal fistula and the influence on the postoperative recurrence rate of the patients,98 patients with complicated high anal fistula were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group with observation group. The patients in the control group were treated by incision and hanging technique and the patients in the observation group were treated with low hanging thread drainage and high hanging thread cutting. The results showed that the therapeutic effect,wound healing time and recurrence rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group,therefore,to take the low hanging thread drainage plus high hanging wire cutting surgical treatment of complex high fistula can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the recurrence rate.
