摘要
为更好地完善和创新高校的工会工作,针对当前高校工会在满足教职工需求方面存在院-校二级工会沟通不到位、工会活动载体单一、工作内容广泛性不足的现状,提出加强工会组织建设、提高工会服务能力,创新"满足需求并引导需求"的分层分类工会工作思路,构建以满足教职工需求为导向的服务型工会工作体系,与时俱进、积极探索互联网+工会工作新模式。
In order to better improve and innovate the work of the labour union in universities and colleges,this paper,focusing on the current problems in meeting the demands of the teaching and administrative staff such as low efficiency in the communication between the university-level and the faculty-level labour unions,monotonous activities and lack of a wide range of working contents,proposes that the organization development and the service capacity should be improved,the hierarchical and classified working thoughts of"fulfilling and guiding the demands"should be innovated,a working system of a service-oriented labour union to meet the staff's needs should be constructed,and a new working mode based on"internet plus"should be actively explored in accordance with the times.
