农村墙体法治宣传标语所具有的优势决定了其在推进农村法治建设进程中发挥着极其重要的作用,但其中也有表述欠妥、片面强调农民的义务和责任、未能与农村法治实践有效结合起来等问题。农村墙体法治宣传应坚持贴近"三农"实际、权利与义务内容相结合等原则,强化引导农民参与农村社会综合治理、教育和健康、农村社会保障、农村商品质量安全和农村环境与生态保护等宣传主题的内容。

The advantages of the slogan for rule of law publicity on walls in countryside determine its extremely important role in promoting the course of rule of law in rural area.However,there are still problems such as improper expression,one-sided emphasis on farmers’obligation and responsibility and failing to effectively combine with the practice of rule of law in countryside.The rule of law publicity on walls in rural area should adhere to the principles such as being close to the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers and combining rights and obligations,and enhance the theme publicity of contents like guiding the farmers to participate the comprehensive regulation of rural society,education and health,rural social security,commodity quality safety in countryside and rural environment and ecology protection.
