近年来世界经济复苏乏力,全球贸易持续低迷,我国的对外贸易面临着前所未有的压力。在此经济背景下,天津外贸若要实现稳增长、调结构的发展目标,需要培育新的外贸增长点,发展外贸新业态,开发多元化出口市场。以国际和国内环境分析为基础,多角度解析天津外贸发展的趋势和运行特点,从贸易主体、贸易方式、市场结构、外贸业态等方面就天津外贸发展提出政策建议,力求保证天津外贸发展的回稳向好态势,不断提高天津外贸发展的质量和效益。

In the context of sluggish global economic recovery and lackluster global trade revival, China’s foreign trade is being faced with unprecedented pressure. In order to maintain stable growth and make structural adjustments, Tianjin need to foster new growth points, develop new forms of business and explore diversified export market. Based on study of international and domestic environment, the paper makes a multi-perspective analysis of the characteristics of Tianjin foreign trade. To ensure that foreign trade continues to pick up and register steady growth,the author puts forward some suggestions on policy-making in terms of trade body, trade mode,market structure and foreign trade activities.
