职业教育的历程及现代化发展研究

History and Modern Development Research on Vocational Education

我国的职业教育发展经历了四个阶段,即非学校化职业教育、近代职业教育、现代职业教育和职业教育的现代化。在梳理每个阶段影响职业教育发展成败因素的基础上,提出汇聚政府、社会、学校和企业等多方合力,共同推动我国职业教育实现现代化发展,并使职业教育成为人们的自主选择,更好地适应和服务国家经济社会的发展。

The vocational education development in our country has experienced four stages,namely the deschooling vocational education, modern career education, contemporary vocational education and modernization of vocational education. Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the success or failure of the development of vocational education at different stages, this paper puts forward that the government, society, schools and enterprises should work together and jointly promote the development of vocational education in our country, and make the vocational education become the people’s independent choice, which will better adapt to and serve the national economic and social development.
