现代学徒制在我国高等职业教育实施中的探索与研究

The Exploration and Research on the Implementation of Modern Apprenticeship in Our Country's Higher Vocational Education

现代学徒制是国内外职业教育领域中起源最早的教学模式,其内涵与模式随着社会的发展不断变化,其实施符合职业教育发展的规律与客观要求。借鉴西方现代学徒制的发展模式,有利于推进我国职业教育的发展,提升高职层次人才培养质量。目前,现代学徒制在我国高等职业教育实施中存在校企合作深度不够、师资力量不完备等问题,应通过合理匹配实施现代学徒制的企业与专业,确定现代学徒制培养标准,构建现代学徒制教学体系,健全保障机制等途径,进一步完善现代学徒制人才培养模式,促进我国高等职业教育实现创新发展。

The modern apprenticeship is the earliest teaching mode in the field of vocational education at home and abroad. Its connotation and pattern change with the development of the society, and its implementation conforms to the rules of the development of the vocational education and the objective requirements. Drawing lessons from the development of the western modern apprenticeship model is beneficial to promoting the development of vocational education in our country and enhancing the higher vocational talents training quality. At present, the implementation of the modern apprenticeship in higher vocational education in our country exists problems such as lack of depth of the cooperation between school and enterprise, incomplete faculty, etc., thus this paper proposes that a reasonable matching of the modern apprenticeship should be implemented between the enterprises and different majors. In order to promote our country’s higher vocational education and realize the innovative development, the colleges should identify modern apprenticeship training standards, build a modern apprenticeship teaching system and perfecting the guarantee mechanism to further improve the modern apprenticeship training mode.
