摘要
根据国家统一部署,天津市独立学院正积极向应用技术型高校转型,其中师资队伍建设是关键环节。当前独立学院师资队伍面临观念落后、缺乏实践经验、校企合作不完善、缺少特色、培养考核机制不健全等瓶颈。在转型过程中,加强独立学院师资队伍建设,需要从做好顶层设计、转变教师观念、校企共建共存、发展专业特色、深化产学研等方面共同努力,推动独立学院的成功转型和长远发展。
According to the national unification deployment, the independent colleges of Tianjin are actively experiencing the transformation to be the application-oriented type, of which the teaching personnel construction is the key link. Independent college teaching team is currently faced with the bottleneck problems, such as the old-fashioned ideas, lack of practical experience,the imperfect university-enterprise cooperation, lack of characteristics and the unsound training assessment mechanism. To strengthen the construction of independent college teaching personnel,joint efforts from all aspects should be made in order to seek the successful transformation and long-term development of the independent college. In the process of transformation, we need to have good top design, change the educational philosophy, build coexistence between college and enterprise, develop professional characteristics and deepen industry-university-research cooperation.
