基于认知目标分类理论的临床中药学教改内容架构 被引量:1

摘要 通过对临床中药学课程体系特点与教学难点的分析,引入现代认知目标分类理念,明确临床中药学的课程体系特点和教学目标,充分体现对不同层次认知目标、不同认知水平的必然要求与对应性,探索"推理式基础知识教学+启发式临证实践教学+引导式情景模拟教学"相结合的教学实践,以此设计课堂教改内容架构。研究与实践表明,临床中药学的课程体系、知识结构与认知目标分类理论具有较高的契合度,以此开展的教改内容架构研究与实践,有助于提高学生记忆度与认知度,提高临床用药实践能力,培养中医思维模式,符合中医药学科发展规律及人才质量需求。 Through analyzing on characteristics and teaching difficult points of curriculum system of clinicalChinese pharmacy, modern cognitive object classification theory is introduced for clearing characteristics of thecourse system and teaching goals, and reflecting inevitable requirement and correspondence of different cognitivegoals and different cognitive level. The teaching practice integrated reasoning foundation knowledge teaching,heuristic clinical practice teaching, guided scenario simulated teaching is investigated to design content structure ofclassroom teaching reform. Research and practice indicate that there is a higher integrating degree among coursesystem, knowledge structure and cognitive object classification theory. The study and practice of educational reformcontent framework based on this integration can help to improve students' memory, recognition and practical abilityin clinical medication, and establish TCM thinking mode, which accord with the law of TCM academic developmentand can meet quality demands of TCM personnel.
