摘要
针对中医药院校青年教师队伍国际化程度较低,青年教师队伍的思想与行为以及学校师资队伍建设机制都存在一定的问题,提出以"中国特色,世界一流"为目标,中医药院校应做好顶层设计、完善管理机制,加快青年教师队伍国际化的进程,为中医药的发展储备优秀人才资源,进而面向未来打造一支拥有国际学术话语权、国际议程设置权、国际规则制定权的教师队伍,为一流中医药大学建设提供持续发展动力。
As lower degree of internationalization and there are some problems in young teachers' thought andbehaviors and construction mechanism of teaching stuff, the objective of constructing universities of doublefirst-rate with Chinese characteristics and world-class quality is put forward. TCM universities should completetop-level design, improve management mechanism and speed up internationalization process of young teacher team.The purpose is to reserve excellent young teachers for TCM development, build teacher teams with internationalacademic speaking right, international agenda setting power and international rulemaking authority, and providesustainable development momentum for the construction of first-rate TCM universities.
