摘要
超市客户管理系统能对超市的各种资源和信息进行有效管理和利用,进而在当前竞争激烈的市场上提高超市的竞争力。笔者设计了一款基于JSP的超市客户管理系统。首先对系统的功能和可行性进行详细分析,其次介绍系统的框架设计和各个功能模块的详细设计,最后,通过实验测试,证明了系统具有较为完备的功能,且安全可靠、操作方便、交互能力强,能满足管理者日常事务处理的需要,提升超市在经营过程中的管理质量。
Supermarket customer management system(SCMS) is able to effectively manage and utilize various resources and information in supermarkets. The author designs a supermarket customer management system based on JSP. Firstly, the function and the feasibility of the system is analyzed in detail. Secondly, the framework and function modules is designed. Finally, the experimental tests prove that the system has complete function and has the features of safe and reliable, convenient operation and strong interactive ability, which is able to meet the daily needs of managers and improve the supermarket business in the process of quality management.
