摘要 办公自动化系统的开发与应用,使得管理人员能够将纷杂的工作简单化,同时,加强部门间的联系,将管理、技术人员解放出来,从而提高办公的整体效率,有利于企业信息的快速传递,方便沟通。随着互联网技术向移动互联网及物联网方向深入发展,提出办公自动化更深层次的需求,如何将管理与系统的应用有机结合,成为当前办公自动化的探索方向。笔者从办公自动化发展的角度出发,结合实际应用情况,探讨了其在企业管理中的作用。 The development and application of office automation system makes managers can simplify the complex work, at the same time, strengthen the relationship between departments, emancipate the management and technical personnel, thus improve the overall efficiency of the office, facilitate the rapid transmission of enterprise information, and facilitate the furrow. With the development of Internet technology in the direction of mobile Internet and Internet of things, the need of the deeper level of office automation is put forward. How to combine the management with the application of the system has become the exploration direction of the current office automation. From the point of view of the development of office automation, the author discusses its role in enterprise management combined with the actual application.
