摘要 大数据又被称为巨量资料,是需要新处理模式才能具有更强的决策力、洞察力和流程优化能力的海量、高增长率和多样化的信息资产。随着科学技术的不断发展,信息技术不断成熟,大数据在各个领域中的应用越来越广泛。在石油开采的过程中,需要精准把握抽油机的实时状态,如抽油机的压力、油井下的压力、油井下的温度、湿度以及电力的运行情况等数据,从而使油田开采工作的安全得到保障,同时,及时发现故障,便于及时维修,保证开采工作的持续运行。但是传统判断抽油机故障的方式仅仅靠工人经验和井下巡视,这存在很大的缺陷。笔者在大数据时代背景下对抽油机数据采集系统进行了探究,寻找有效的数据采集系统并进行相应的评价。 Big data, also known as huge data, is a mass, high growth rate, and diversified information assets that require a new processing model to have stronger decision-making power, insight and process optimization. With the continuous development of science and technology, information technology is becoming more and more mature. Big data is widely applied in various fields. In the process of oil mining, it is necessary to accurately grasp the real time state of the pumping unit, such as the pressure of the pumping unit, the pressure under the oil well, the temperature and humidity under the oil well, and the operation of the electric power, so as to ensure the safety of the oil field mining work, at the same time, it is easy to repair and ensure the timely maintenance. The continuous operation of the work. But the traditional way of judging pumping units' failure is based on workers' experience and underground patrol. Based on the background of big data era, the author explores the data acquisition system of pumping unit, and finds effective data acquisition system and makes corresponding evaluation.
