浅谈移动支付助力改善医疗服务

Discussion on the Improvement of Medical Service by Mobile Payment

随着网络信息技术快速发展,社会各领域都开始应用信息技术。在医院医疗服务中,也主动使用移动互联网,以提升医院的服务水平。很多医院都实现了移动支付,通过微信支付、支付宝支付使医院与患者有效连接。利用移动服务平台,能患者能进行导诊、预约挂号、在线缴费、查看报告、健康咨询等,实现全程的医疗服务,为患者提供更好的就医体验,改变以往看病难、人满为患的情况。笔者就医院医疗服务中移动支付的应用情况进行分析与论述。

With the rapid development of Internet information technology, information technology is beginning to be applied in all fields of society. In the hospital medical service, we also take the initiative to use the mobile Internet to enhance the service level of the hospital. Many hospitals have realized mobile payments. WeChat and Alipay payments are effective links between hospitals and patients. Using mobile service platform, patients can conduct consultation, appointment registration, online payment, view report, health consultation and so on, to realize the whole course medical service, provide better medical experience for the patients, and solve the difficult and overcrowding situation in the past. The author analyzes and discusses the application of mobile payment in hospital medical service.
