西瓜区域代表品种在广东试种简报

A preliminary report on trial planting of regional representative watermelon varieties in Guangdong

为选出更多适应广东地区栽培的西瓜品种,选取区域有代表性的品种进行试验,以了解其在广东地区的适应性表现。结果表明:参试8个品种都能较好地生长,综合表现较好的有新抗病地雷、艷紅、黄皮地雷,可作进一步试验推广;黄皮地雷、早春红玉、金玲珑可作礼品西瓜种植;早春红玉、金玲珑可作早春、秋延保护地种植。

In order to select more suitable watermelon varieties in Guangdong area, several regional representative varieties were tested in order to understand their adaptability in Guangdong area. The results showed that the eight varieties grew well. The varieties with good comprehensive performance are as follows, the New Disease-resistant Landmine, Yanhong and Huangpi Landmine, which can be used for further test and promotion. Huangpi Landmine, Zaochunhongyu and Jinlinglong can be as a gift watermelon varieties. Zaochunhongyu and Jinlinglong can be planted in early spring and autumn planting protection ground.
