新医改形势下医疗设备科间共享运营模式的探讨

Discussion on the Sharing Operating Mode of Medical Equipment Under New Medical Reform

目的探讨新医改形势下促进临床科室积极正向发展,同时又保证医院设备动用率保持较高水平的运营管理模式。方法由医院运营管理部专科经营助理对所管科室设备使用情况及设备需求情况进行充分调研、并根据设备动用情况进行统计分析,列出在院内可进行科间共享的设备名称、可共享科室等,根据成本核算结果向可共享科室负责人沟通,争取共享意向。结果我院较多设备成功进行科间共享;设备在科间共享使用后,动用率大大提升;设备共享科室医疗成本下降,医疗技术稳步发展,科室负责人满意度高。结论医疗设备科间共享可有效减少医疗资源的浪费,提高设备动用率,减低医院成本,避免科室过度医疗,降低医疗人均费用,减轻患者就医负担。

Objective To discuss the possible operational management system that enable the positive development of clinical departments, meanwhile, that ensure the high rate of hospital facility usage under new medical reform. Methods Specialist assistants investigated sufciently how the facilities were used in their departments, and listed the possible facilities that can be shared by other departments. After calculating costs, depending on the outcomes, specialist assistants communicated with directors of these departments and thus settled the sharing plan. Results Most of the facilities in the hospital were shared successfully, enhancing the use of thosefacilities by sharing, reducing the medical costs, and developing the medical techniques. Conclusion The sharing of facilities among departments signifcantly reduces the waste of medical resources, increases the use of facility, and most importantly prevents excessive medical treatment, which therefore reduces the fee paid by patients.
