PNF技术结合针刀治疗卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期的临床研究

Clinical Research on PNF Technology Combined With Acupotomyin Post-stroke Stage Ⅰ of SHS Syndrome

目的研究PNF技术与针刀联合诊治卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期的临床价值。方法按照简单随机抽样将本院确诊41例卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者分为对照组和观察组,两组分别采用常规治疗、PNF技术结合小针刀治疗,比较两组临床诊治效果。结果观察组总有效率及治疗后FMA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前VAS评分、FMA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后VAS评分较低(P<0.05)。结论 PNF技术结合小针刀治疗该病,效果良好,有助于改善患者临床症状及体征,可为临床提供一定研究及指导意义。

Objective To study the clinical value ofdiagnosis and treatment of PNF with acupotomyinpost-stroke stage Ⅰof SHS syndrome. Methods Through simple random sampling, 90 cases of patients with post-stroke stageⅠof SHS syndrome were divided into control group and observation group, two groups were treated with routine therapy or PNF technique combined with acupotomy respectively, clinical diagnosis and treatment efect was compared. Results The total efective rate and the FMA score after treatment in the observation group were signifcantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The VAS score and FMA score in the two groups were not comparable before treatment （P 〉 0.05）, and the VAS score in the observation group was signifcantly lower after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion PNF technique combined with acupotomy in treating post-stroke stageⅠof SHS syndrome has good efect, it is help to improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients, and can provide some guidance for clinical research.
