微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Locking Compression Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Extremities Fracture

目的观察微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定在治疗四肢骨折中的临床效果。方法从本院2016年1月—2017年6月接收的四肢骨折患者中,抽取210例,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,均105例。对照组采用传统切开复位内固定法对患者进行治疗;观察组采用微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定进行治疗。并记录两组患者手术时间、愈合时间并将两组数据进行统计分析。结果观察组手术时间、愈合时间优于对照组,两组数据对比结果分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定在治疗四肢骨折手术时间短,愈合时间快。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fxation in the treatment of extremities fracture. Methods 210 patients with extremities fracture were selected from January 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 105 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional open reduction and internal fxation, and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fxation. The operation time and healing time of the two groups were recorded and the data of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The operation time and healing time of the observation group were obviously superior to those of the control group, and the results of data comparison between the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fxation in the treatment of extremities fracture has short operation time and healing time.
