小针刀配合封闭治疗拇长屈肌键狭窄性腱鞘炎的疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Small Needle Knife Combined With Closed Therapy on Hallux Flexor Tenosynovitis

目的探讨小针刀联合封闭对拇长屈肌键狭窄性腱鞘炎的治疗效果。方法选取我院2015年7月—2017年7月收治的98例拇长屈肌键狭窄性腱鞘炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用封闭疗法,观察组配以小针刀,比较两组治疗效果。结果对照组与观察组治疗总有效率分别为73.5%和91.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组治疗前疼痛程度,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小针刀联合封闭对拇长屈肌键狭窄性腱鞘炎效果显著。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of small needle knife combined with closed therapy on hallux flexor tenosynovitis. Methods From July 2015 to July 2017, 98 cases of hallux flexor tenosynovitis were analyzed as the research subject, according to the treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, control group adopted closed treatment, observation adopted small needle knife, therapeutic efect of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 73.5% and 91.8%, respectively, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The pain level of the two groups before treatmentwas not obvious （P 〉 0.05）, and the pain level was signifcantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The small needle knife combined with closed therapy has remarkable efect on hallux fexor tenosynovitis, and the application value is high.
