开放式无张力疝修补术与腹腔镜下疝修补术的对照体会

The Comparison of Open Inguinal Hernia Repair With Laparoscopic Hernia Repair

目的分析开放式无张力疝修补术与腹腔镜下疝修补术的效果。方法选择2014年2月—2018年1月我院收治的100例腹股沟疝患者为研究对象,根据术式差异分为实验组与参照组(n=50),分别采用开放式无张力疝修补术和腹腔镜下疝修补术治疗,且结合患者术后恢复情况予以对比。结果实验组患者的手术时间、疼痛持续时间、住院时间及恢复正常活动时间均低于参照组患者,差值比较具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后实验组不良反应发生率显著低于参照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于开放式无张力疝修补术,腹腔镜下疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果更加显著,且能减少患者不良反应发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of open tension-free hernia repair （no such talk） and laparoscopic hernia repair. Methods Selection in February 2014-January 2018 of our hospital 100 cases of inguinal hernia patients as the research object, according to the different operation were divided into experimental group and control group （n=50）, respectively adopt open without tension hernia repair and laparoscopic hernia repair treatment, and combined with the contrast in patients with postoperative recovery. Results The time of operation, duration of pain, hospital stay and normal activity time of the patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in postoperative experimental group was signifcantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic hernia repair is more effective in the treatment of inguinal hernia compared with open tension-free hernia repair, and it can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
