老年骨性关节炎玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗的观察

Observation on Intra-articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate in Senile Osteoarthritis

目的观察老年骨性关节炎采取玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗的效果。方法本次的54例研究对象均选自本院2016年1月—2017年12月接收的老年骨性关节炎患者,将其按照不同治疗方式,分为观察组和对照组,每组各27例。对照组采取常规治疗方式,观察组采取玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗方式,探究对比两组患者的治疗成效。结果观察组患者的总治疗成效为96.0%,高于对照组的74.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年骨性关节炎患者采取玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗方式,可有效改善关节功能,治疗成效明显,具有一定安全有效性。

Objective To observe the efect of senile osteoarthritis treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. Methods 54 elderly patients with osteoarthritis from January 2016 to December 2017 were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, 27 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection to explore the efectiveness of the two groups. Results The total therapeutic efect of the patients in the observation group was 96.0%, which was signifcantly higher than that of the control group （74.0%）, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection treatment on elderly patients with osteoarthritis can effectively improve the joint function, the treatment efect is very obvious, it is safe and efective.
