下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入治疗的围手术期护理体会

Perioperative Nursing Experience of Interventional Therapy for Lower Extremities Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

目的探讨下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入治疗的围手术期护理体会。方法随机选取100例2016年11月—2017年11月在我院接受下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入治疗的患者作为本次病例资料中的研究对象,采用抽签法将100例患者分为两组,常规护理对照组患者实施基础护理,观察组则采取围术期护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度评分与并发症的发生率。结果观察组患者并发症的发生率(4%)、护理满意度评分(92.67±2.74)优于对照组患者的并发症发生率(16%)、护理满意度评分(80.25±2.67),上述观察指标数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在患者接受下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入治疗的同时,加强围术期护理,能有效的提升预后效果,促进护患关系的建立,可作为首选的护理方法。

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing experience of interventional therapy of lower extremities arterial obliterans. Methods A total of 100 patients with interventional therapy of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were randomized selected as the subjects in this study and 100 patients were divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with basic nursing while the patients in the observation group were treated with perioperative nursing. The nursing satisfaction scores and complication rates were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complication （4%） and nursing satisfaction （92.67±2.74） in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group [16%, （80.25±2.67）] （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing can enhance the prognosis of patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans while interventional therapy, which can promote the establishment of the relationship between nurses and patients and can be used as the preferred method of nursing in clinical practice.
