术前呼吸功能锻炼对肺癌胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者术后恢复的影响 被引量:12

The Clinical Effect of Preoperative Respiratory Function Exercise on Recovery of Patients After Thoracoscopic Lobectomy for Lung Cancer

摘要 目的探讨对胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗肺癌患者实施术前呼吸功能锻炼对患者术后呼吸道状况的影响。方法选取本科室2015年1月—2017年12月90例胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗肺癌患者,按随机数表分为常规组(n=45)和干预组(n=45),常规组行常规手术护理,干预组行术前呼吸功能锻炼干预,对比不同护理方案的效果。结果干预组患者术后并发症发生率、胸管留置时间较常规组降低(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者行胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗时实施术前呼吸功能锻炼可减少患者术后呼吸系统并发症发生率。 Objective To investigate the efects of preoperative respiratory functional exercise on respiratory status of patients after thoracoscopic lobectomy for lung cancer. Methods 90 patients of thoracoscopic lobectomy for lung cancer from January 2015 to December 2017 were divided into two groups through random number table conventional group (n=45) and intervention group (n=45), the conventional group received routine nursing, the intervention group received preoperative respiratory function exercise intervention, the different effect of nursing was compared. Results The incidence of postoperative complications and the retention time of thoracic duct in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion For patients with lung cancer undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy, preoperative respiratory function exercise can reduce respiratory system complications after surgery.
