Peplau人际关系理论在轻度认知障碍脑卒中患者护理中的应用

The Application of Peplau Interpersonal Relationship Theory in the Nursing of Stroke Patients With Mild Cognitive Impairment

目的探讨Peplau人际关系理论指导下的康复护理模式对轻度认知功能障碍脑卒中患者的应用效果,改善患者认知功能及心理状况,提高患者日常生活活动能力,促进患者的康复。方法将68例轻度认知功能障碍脑卒中患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上采用Peplau人际关系理论护理,比较两组护理效果。结果 4周后干预组心理状态、认知功能、日常生活活动能力均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Peplau人际关系理论护理模式运用于轻度认知障碍脑卒中患者的护理能有效改善其康复效果。

Objective To explore the application efficacy of rehabilitation nursing model for the patients with mild cognitive impairment after a stroke under the guidance of Peplau theory of interpersonal relations, to improve cognitive and psychological status of patients, to improve the activities of daily living, to promote the recovery of the patients. Methods 68 patients with mild cognitive impairment and stroke were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing care, the intervention group was treated with Peplau theory of interpersonal relationship on the basis of conventional care, The efect of two groups of nursing was compared. Results After 4 weeks, the psychological status, cognitive ability and activities of daily living in the intervention group were signifcantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing model of Peplau interpersonal relationship theory can efectively improve the rehabilitation efect of patients with mild cognitive impairment of stroke.
