舒适护理在腮腺肿瘤患者术后护理中的应用价值探讨

Therapeutic Value of Comfortable Nursing in Postoperative Nursing of Patients With Parotid Gland Tumor

目的探讨舒适护理在腮腺肿瘤患者术后护理中的应用价值。方法选取2013年2月—2017年11月88例腮腺肿瘤患者并采用随机数字表法分组。对照组给予术后常规护理干预,舒适组给予术后舒适护理,比较效果。结果舒适组腮腺肿瘤术后护理满意度、术后康复配合度、生理舒适度、术后平均住院天数、住院费用、心理状态、躯体功能和并发症均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论舒适护理在腮腺肿瘤患者术后护理中的应用价值高。

Objective To investigate the value of comfortable nursing in postoperative care of parotid gland tumor patients. Methods From February 2013 to November 2017, 88 patients with parotid gland tumor were selected and randomly divided into groups. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the comfort group was given postoperative comfort care. The efect was compared. Results The comfort satisfaction, degree of postoperative rehabilitation, physiological comfort, postoperative average days of hospitalization, hospitalization cost, psychological status, physical function and complications of patients in the comfort group were better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing is of high value in the postoperative care of patients with parotidgland tumors, which is worth promoting.
