摘要
郑州车辆段检修车间转向架库扩建工程,场地环境条件复杂,西侧紧邻既有驾车库,东侧紧邻既有转向架间,中间净间距17.5m,由于生产及工艺需要,需在中间新建转向架库,与两侧既有房屋连通布置。新建转向架库建筑面积1353.55m^2,轻钢门式刚架结构,在设计中存在诸多需要解决的问题。论文通过消防设计、结构布置、截面选取、基础选型、荷载选取、柱脚形式等,详细阐述了该转向架库扩建工程的设计,为以后类似工程的设计提供参考。
Zhengzhou car depot repair shop bogie warehouse expansion project, the site environmental conditions are complex,close to both the west side of the garage, the east adjacent to the existing bogie, the middle of the net spacing of 17.5 m. Due to the need of production and process, a new bogie warehouse needs to be built in the middle and connected with existing houses on both sides.New bogie garage construction area of 1353.55 m·light steel portal frame structure, there are many problems to be solved in the design.This paper elaborates the design of the expansion project of the bogie base through the design of fire protection, structural arrangement, section selection, foundation selection, load selection and column foot form, providing a reference for the design of similar projects in the future.
