介绍了国内外住宅工业化的基本政策和发展现状,列举了德国、日本、美国等住宅工业化普及地区的实例,从住宅工业化的发展起因、条件、技术、现状等方面论述了各国的特点与优势,并与我国的住宅工业化技术进行了对比。重点介绍了武汉绿色建筑产业园及其建成项目的特点与优势,并对国内建筑产业化发展提出了建议与展望。

This paper introduces the basic policies and development status of home and abroad housing industrialization. By discussing the character and advantage of the development from aspects of causes, conditions, technology and status, this paper takes popular area of housing industrialization as examples, such as Germany, Japan and the US. Subsequently compare with domestic residential industrialization technology. This paper mainly introduces the characteristics and advantages of Wuhan green building industry garden and its construction projects, and puts forward some suggestions and prospects for the development of domestic construction industry.
