Discussion on Problems and Counter Measures of Using and Management of Existing Civil Air Defence Works

在对相关地区人防部门调研和文献资料查询的基础上,总结既有人防工程在使用管理中存在的几点问题及各地采取的主要措施,同时对既有人防工程在平时开发利用、维护管理、早期工程管理、新成果探索等方面提出意见与建议。

Based on the investigation and data survey, summarizing problems and measures of using and management of existing civil air defence works. Meanwhile, some suggestions were proposed for exploitation and utilization in peacetime,maintenance management,management of forepast civil air works and exploration of new achievements.
