双护盾TBM小半径弯道滑行研究与应用

摘要 以厄瓜多尔CCS项目双护盾TBM实际应用为例,通过分析TBM掘进完成后采用的滑行方式,重点讨论洞内利用TBM自身动力进行小半径弯道滑行至拆机室的方案研究,以及采取的相应措施。希望有助于解决受到环境条件限制,必须安排布置TBM小转弯半径滑行的方案规划,也能为多数类型的TBM完成掘进后确定滑行方案提供选择思路。 In this paper, the practical application of the double shield TBM of the CCS project in Ecuador is taken as an example. By analyzing the taxiing mode adopted by the TBM tunneling, the paper focuses on the small radius of the TBM's self-program research,and corresponding measures. It is hoped that this paper will help to solve the planning of TBM small turning radius glide by the environmental conditions. It is also possible to provide a choice for determining the taxiing scheme after the tunneling of most types of TBM.
