一种固体投料式反应设备的设计

摘要 针对现有固体投料式反应设备中存在的易扬尘、易搭桥、不易清扫、投料速度不可控,与反应过程温度不能联锁控制、粉尘污染等问题,从方便操作、降低劳动强度、提高劳动效率、安全、环保等目的出发,并结合实际生产需要,设计一套密闭投料、流动性好、容易清扫、投料速度可控、与反应过程温度联锁控制、方便操作的固体投料式反应设备。该装置基本解决了粉料扬尘污染、流动性差、清扫难、投料速度不可控、反应进程不可控等问题,适用于物料加入量较小,间歇分批加入的场合,操作便利、实用性强。 Existing solid feeding reaction equipment has inevitable shortages of easy to dust, easy to bypass, hard to clean,incontrollable feeding speed and interlock with reaction temperature, dust pollution and so on. Based on practical purpose of convenience operation, labor intensity reducing, the improvement of the labor efficiency, safety, environmental friendliness, and connected with the actual production needs, designing a new type of solid feeding reaction equipment to overcome the above drawbacks is imperative. Our invention basically solves all these practicality barriers and owns the advantages of high control accuracy, good dependability, easy operation and strong practicability which is especially suitable for the occasions of small amount of material, and intermittent adding.
