双层平流式二沉池结构施工质量控制技术

摘要 双层平流式沉淀池作为本工程二级污水处理工艺中重要的一环,其构件形式根据污水处理工艺要求设计,存在大量的八角柱、加腋墙、锥形墙等异形混凝土构件,其结构精度不但会对链板式刮泥机的安装造成影响,对后期设备的运行也十分关键,过程施工中,针对过水堰板标高、异形混凝土构件尺寸、池道净空、池底坡度平整度等的控制尤为重要。 There are plenty of abnormal concrete structures such as star anise pillars, armpit wall and cone wall in the double layers advection sedimentation reservoir which is important as the second polluted water treatment in the project.it will be not only make effect to the installation of chain scrapers, but also make sense in the later running of equipment. During the construction,it is very important to control the elevation of over water weir, the size of abnormal concrete structure, the clearance of reservoir and the flatness of slope in the bottom reservoir.
