摘要
介绍了卢赛尔体育场项目整个投标过程,着重分析了投标的重难点,详细论述了价值工程分析报告在整个投标文件中的重要性以及编制过程中遇到的困难和应对措施,为类似国际工程项目投标提供借鉴。
This paper has introduced a whole bidding process of Lusail Stadium Project, and analyzed the challenges and strategies during the bidding stage. Likewise, a detailed discussion regarding the value engineering analysis in the bidding process has been provided. This paper has provided a good example on how to manage value engineering analysis during the bidding program of international projects.
