老老年高血压伴房颤患者乳酸脱氢酶水平分析

Analysis of lactate dehydrogenase in very elderly hypertensive patients with atrial fibrillation

目的探讨老老年高血压伴房颤患者血清乳酸脱氢酶水平及其临床意义。方法选取住院老老年原发性高血压患者140例，其中合并房颤组42例、非房颤组98例，均行血清乳酸脱氢酶检测及常规生化检查。结果两组血清乳酸脱氢酶水平比较，合并房颤组[（191．83±20．22）mmol／L]高于非房颤组[（155．73±38．88）mmol／L]，P=0．001。Spearman相关性分析显示，老老年高血压伴房颤与乳酸脱氢酶呈显著相关性（r=0．560，P=0．000）。结论老老年高血压伴房颤患者血清乳酸脱氢酶水平较高，故推测其在老老年高血压合并房颤患者的临床诊疗中具有重要的意义，在临床上应重视该指标的检测。

Objective To investigate the serum lactate dehydrogenase level in very elderly hypertensive patients with atrial fibrillation and its clinical significance. Methods 140 very elderly patients with primary hy- pertension were enrolled in this study. Forty-two patients with AF were divided into AF group （n=42） and non - AF group（n=98 ）. All of them were treated with lactate dehydrogenase and routine biochemical tests. Results The levels of serum lactate dehydrogenase in the two groups were compared： atrial fibrillation group （191.83± 20.22 ）mmol/L higher than non-atrial fibrillation group （155.73±38.88）mmol/L, P=0.001; Spearman correlation analysis showed that very elderly hypertensive patients with atrial fibrillation and Lactate dehydrogenase level was significantly correlated（ r=0.560, P=0.000 ）. Conclusion The serum lactate dehydrogenase in very elderly hyper- tensive patients with atrial fibrillation is higher, so it is important to speculate that it has important significance in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of very elderly hypertensive patients with atrial fibrillation.
