摘要 分析了空分系统防喘阀门定位器运行过程中出现的问题,根据引发增压机喘振的主要原因,制定出防喘改造方案,主要包括更换阀门定位器避免防喘阀门误动作,并优化防喘控制参数。对方案的实施过程进行了详细阐述。方案实施后,增压机防喘阀门控制精准,阀门开度波动率得到极大改善。同时,吸入温度和入口流量对防喘参数的整定准确性得到更进一步的提高,增压机运行稳定。实践证明,该防喘振控制改造方案可靠稳定,效果显著,在空分系统同行业内及其它大型旋转设备的防喘振保护中具有极高的应用性和推广价值。 The problems in operation process of anti-surge valve positioner in air separation system are analyzed. An anti-surge reform scheme is formulated according to the main causes of the surge of booster, which mainly includes replacing the valve positioner to avoid the malfunction of the anti-surge valve and optimizing the anti-surge control parameters. Tile imptententation process of the scheme is described in detail. Alter the implementation of the scheme, the anti-surge valve of the booster is more precise in control, and improved greatly in fluctuation radio of valve opening. At the same time, the setting accuracy of inhalation temperature and inlet flow rate to the anti- surge parameters are further improved, and the booster operation is stable. Practical application show that the anti- surge control reform scheme is reliable and stable, and the effect is remarkable. It has extremely high application and promotion value in the anti-surge protection of the air separation system in the same industry and other large rotating equipment.
