焦炭高温性能对高炉焦炭负荷影响的生产实践 被引量:12

Practice for effect of coke high temperature properties on coke burden in blast furnace

摘要 为了使高炉在高性能焦炭使用后能够获得最优的燃料比和良好的顺行条件,对焦炭高温性能和高炉焦炭负荷的关系进行了研究。首秦1号高炉在中修后,在可以获得高质量干熄焦的期间,根据送风系统及操作炉型变化选择了适合的送风制度。通过对原燃料和出铁的强化管理、上下部煤气流合理匹配和调剂,实现了经济炉料条件下高焦炭负荷冶炼。按要求限产后,将风口面积缩小11.38%,选择合理的送风参数,加长和稳定了风口回旋区深度,保证了炉缸活跃度,形成了中心煤气窄而强、边缘温度稳定的煤气分布。在平均渣比为433.30kg/t的条件下,焦炭负荷提高至6.01t·t^-1,月平均燃料比为499.17kg/t,充分地利用高反应性能的优质焦炭,实现了有效降低燃料消耗的目标。 In order to get a lower fuel ratio and BF smooth operation after the use of high performance coke, the rela- tionship between the high temperature performance of coke and coke burden was studied. The high temperature perfor- mance of coke has an important influence on BF coke burden. Since the medium-capital overhaul of Shouqin No. 1 13F, several suitable blast parameters have been chosen according to the blast system and operation profile with high-quality CDQ. Through the strengthen management of raw materials and BF tapping, and reasonable regulation of the upper and lower gas distribution, the operation of high coke burden was achieved under the condition of economic burden. Under the pressure of limiting production, the tuyere area was reduced by 11.38%. Meanwhile, reasonable blast parameters were adopted to lengthen the raceway depth and maintain the stability of the hearth. Moreover, the narrow and strong central gas distribution with a stable edge temperature formed. Production practice shows that under the condition of an average slag ratio up to 433.30 kg/t, the coke burden is improved to 6.01 t·t-L with the average fuel ratio 499.17 kg/t. It is proved that the fuel consumption could be reduced effectively by the use of high-quality coke.
