摘要
为开发针对NH3应激引发的肉鸡呼吸道疾病的益生菌,降低NH3应激对肉鸡生产性能的影响,试验利用平板划线法对呼吸道微生物进行分离培养,并结合革兰氏染色和分子生物学技术对分离得到的微生物进行初步鉴定。结果表明:从NH3应激肉鸡呼吸道中分离得到菌株GQ829002,革兰氏染色为阳性杆菌,通过16S rDNA序列分析发现与枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis,Gen Bank登录号为JQ695930.1)的相似性达到99%,初步鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌。
In order to develope a probiotics for respiratory disease of broilers caused by NH3,reducethe influence of NH3 stress onbroilers production. Microbial were isolated and cultured by using dilution-plate method,then primarily identify of the isolated microbial by combing Gram staining and molecular biological technique. The results showed that the isolated strain GQ829002 from broiler respiratory tractunder NH3 stress,which was Gram-positivebacillus,the 16 S rDNAsequence was related(99% similarities) to Bacillus subtilis(Gen Bank: JQ695930.1).
