冲击荷载下K6型单层球面网壳结构动力破坏评判方法研究

Dynamic damage evaluation method on K6 single-layer spherical reticulated shell structures subjected to impact loads

摘要 以典型的K6型单层球面网壳结构为研究对象,分别研究了上部网壳结构和下部支承结构受冲击荷载作用时的动力响应特征,并以此为基础对结构冲击模式进行归纳.将冲击荷载作用下网壳结构的冲击模式和破坏状态相结合,提出了网壳结构的抗冲击动力性能判别指标和相应的等级分类.研究表明,冲击荷载作用下落地网壳结构和带下部支承网壳结构的冲击模式分别可以划分为5种和4种.综合结构位移、杆件进入塑性比例和冲击能量等指标,可以对单层网壳在冲击荷载下的结构破坏程度进行预估和评判. Based on a typical K6 single-layer spherical reticulated shell structure,the dynamic response characteristics of upper reticulated shell structure and the lower supporting structure subjected to impact load are studied respectively,and then the structural impact model is summarized.The impact resistance index of the reticulated shell structure and the corresponding classification are put forward,in combination with the impact mode and the failure state of the reticulated shell structure under the impact load.The results show that the impact modes of the ground supported reticulated shell structure and the lower column supported reticulated shell structure under impact load can be divided into five kinds and four kinds respectively.The structural displacement,the proportion of the rod into the plastic ratio,the impact energy and other indicators can be used to predict and evaluate the extent to which single-layer reticulated shell structure is damaged by the impact load.
