摘要 采用钛酸酯偶联剂对二氧化钛进行表面改性.考察了改性温度、改性剂用量、改性时间对粉体改性效果的影响.通过对比改性前后二氧化钛粉体的活化指数、吸油值以及黏度等性能,确定了最佳改性条件:改性温度为45℃,改性剂用量为4%,改性时间为1.0 h.该条件下,活化指数、吸油值、黏度分别达到96.54%、22.07%、21.50 mPa·s,活化指数提高了96.54%,吸油值降低了68.1%,黏度下降了32.3%.由红外光谱分析可知,钛酸酯偶联剂与二氧化钛之间发生了化学键合,属于化学吸附. The titanium dioxide modified by titanate coupling agent is studied in the paper,the influence of factors such as the modified temperature,the amount of modifier and the modified time is discussed in the text. In order to investigate the best modified condition,the surface properties of the modified titanium dioxide are characterized by the activation index,oil absorption and viscosity. The experimental results show that the optimum modification conditions,the modified temperature is 45 ℃,the amount of modifier is 4 % and the modified time is 1. 0 h.Through the analysis of IR,the result show that there is the chemical bond between modifier and titanium dioxide,which belongs to the chemical adherence.
