摘要
目的分类别制定三甲医院中不同特点医务人员群的职称晋升科研评价指标。方法以40名医院各临床专业领域专家作为访谈对象,汇总达到2/3频次的专家意见,作为制定工作方案的依据。结果针对高学历青年人员、普通医务人员、临床一线业务能力突出的人员、专职科研人员精准制定了导向明确,符合各人群特点的职称晋升科研评价体系。结论该体系促进了个人职业生涯与医院学科的共赢发展。
Objective To develop tailored scientific research evaluation indexes for medical per- sonnel with different characteristics in the third grade hospital. Methods 40 experts in clinical medi- cine were interviewed and 2/3 frequency of their opinions were collected, working plan was developed based on such findings. Results Developed a clear orientation to update the scientific research evalua- tion system for promotion with consideration of different characteristics of various groups, including young people with high medical trainings, general medical staff, skilled clinicians and full-time re- searchers. Conclusions The system promoted the development of both individual career and hospital.
