浙江困境企业破产重整的探索与实践

破产重整作为处置困境企业的一项重要手段,既有助于企业价值存续,维护地方经济社会稳定,也有助于化解金融风险。近年来,浙江积极探索推动有价值困境企业破产重整,坚持市场化、法制化原则,健全联动工作机制,创新重整方式,优化资产处置方式,加大金融支持力度,推动企业破产重整与银行信用风险化解深度契合,重整工作取得初步成效。但制约重整深入的深层次矛盾和问题依然存在,亟须采取有效措施持续推动工作走向深入。

Bankruptcy reorganization as an important means of disposal of predicament enterprises,not only fair and clean up the credits and debts,and help enterprise to return to normal,can also help enterprise to come into play, to protect the productive forces, maintain the local economic and social stability.In recent years, zhejiang actively explore the implementation of promoting valuable predicament enterprise bankruptcy reorganization, adhere to the principle of marketization,legal system,improve the working mechanism of government departments joint action, and innovative mode of reorganization, optimize the asset disposal way, increase financial support, promote enterprise bankruptcy reorganization and bank credit risk resolve depth conjunction, and the reorganization has achieved initial results, but the further deep contradictions and problems still exist, needs to take effective measures to continue to promote the further work.
