摘要
以PP树脂和多种高效的抗老化助剂为原料,通过双螺杆挤出造粒生产工艺,开发出一种户外用高碳酸钙填充PP无纺布专用耐候母粒LS-133WP,并对其在高碳酸钙填充PP无纺布中的应用进行了研究。结果表明,2%的LS-133WP母粒添加量可显著提高高碳酸钙填充PP无纺布的耐候性能。
Using polypropylene and efficient anti-aging agents as raw materials, a weathering masterbatch LS - 133WP was prepared, used for outdoor polypropylene nonwoven fabrics with high filling CaCO3. A study of the LS -133WP used for polypropylene nonwoven fabrics with high filling CaCO3was conducted. It is concluded that 2.0% of LS - 133WP can efficiently improve the weatherable property of polypropylene nonwoven fabrics with high filling CaCO3.
